The objective of this project was to create a customer acquisition strategy for Gitanjali. Gitanjali is a B2B enterprise, and it relies heavily on referrals and word of mouth for getting their business. The project comprised of two phases. In the first phase, we had to come up with different strategies for customer acquisition along with a secondary research for preparing a list of potential clients. In the second phase, we conducted a pilot study & tested the strategies developed by directly approaching the customers.

Creating a sales & market strategy for SEWA Gitanjali

I devised a digital marketing strategy for Globcon. I enhanced user engagement by content creation and webpage optimization.

Build a digital marketing strategy for Globcon Technologies,

1. We identified and segmented the relevant categories (Startups & SMEs, Active Community/Youth/Volunteer Groups) for better targeting of Small Change’s donor group among young professionals/millennials.
2. We devised actionable strategies of how to reach out to the groups above by generating new content, and developing the brand story.
3. We identified different media platforms to work out avenues for collaboration.
4. We also increased the brand awareness of Small Change by devising strategies through which
NGOs can also become an endorsement platform for Small Change

Donor Outreach/Marketing Project

Worked in the field of mobile robotics that focuses on developing a fully operational autonomously driven car. My field of research was the implementation of analog controllers in the prototype.

Autonomous Ground Vehicle

1. We wrote blogs, and performed social media & email marketing to achieve user growth/engagement and drive virality on the Buysmaart platform.
2. We conducted user experience surveys, interviews, etc. and came up with feasible suggestions to improve the product. 
3. We also helped in charting out a sustainable growth plan for Buysmaart by evaluating opportunities for horizontal expansion  which resulted in an addition of 5 new product categories.
