AI-based voice-assisted Contact Center for assisting Farmers for their problems. Farmers can log their problems with the contact center through SMS or website and in return an automated voice response in local languages is provided to the farmers with the most appropriate solution for their problems. This solution incorporates localization, NLP algorithms, crop and fertilizer recommendations, disease prediction, weather forecasting, and AI voice assistance, ensuring effective communication with farmers.

• An application acts as a guide for the common people in locating a nearby financial service touch point such as banks, post offices, CSC, etc. based on the user’s current location in the country with an in-app GPS Map and directions. • Users can log in through OTP, share location, add missing bank suggestions along with track requests, and filter requests based on the current state. • Search by place name also available with Voice Interface Phone number of bank branches available in-app, with the facility of integrated voice over Users’ feedback directly to the concerned bank for carrying out the necessary updation in data on financial touch points.
