I led a team of 4 people in charge of product management, design and customer education.

In less than a year we’ve added new analytic tools (e.g. QuantQual), started a “quick wins” project (continuously delivering small, but meaningful improvements), produced a new visual identity, significantly improved help center and UX writing, and produced explainer videos.

I joined Vacuumlabs as the first Product Designer due to a merger with Hellephant. My contributions to a multitude of projects include:

◦ Design of a chat-based digital banking onboarding experience directed at the Gen-Z audience

◦ UX/UI of digital banking and prepaid card apps

◦ Systematic style guides and UI kits in Figma and Sketch

◦ Concept and prototype design of a novel trading app spin-off idea for an established corporation.

Once the design practice at Vacuumlabs started to grow, I created the designer interview process and progressively became responsible for a team of 6 designers. Besides still being hands-on, my responsibilities expanded to:
