▶ Product Strategy: As the first employee, I worked with the founder to understand the market, competition; and user research. Develop go-to-market plans and strategies to break chicken-and-egg issues in a 2-sided market. 
▶ Product Lifecycle: Ideate new features; prioritize based on Value, Effort and Opportunity Cost; Iterate based on user feedback. 
▶ Requirements: Understand and write requirements for the Dev-team.
▶ Analytics: Conversion Rate Optimisation, Inform business metrics, improve engagement and retention rates.

▶ Research: Contextual User Interviews and Usability Testing using Invision.
▶ UI: Build user experience maps, flows, wireframes, visual design for new features.
