I was excited to receive a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design internship at a renowned electronics company as a student of electronic engineering. I learnt a lot about the PCB design process there and acquired useful hands-on experience.
On my first day, I received an introduction to the PCB industry's fundamentals. I started out by learning how to utilize the PCB design programme. The PCB layout, which includes component placement and trace routing, is made using the Cadence OrCAD programme. It took some time for me to become used to the software, but with time and effort, I improved.
Overall, my PCB design internship was a fantastic learning opportunity. I gained a lot of knowledge and useful skills that will be helpful to me in my future career. I am appreciative of the chance.
