Investigated the application of the Dunning–Kruger effect in the world of investing with the study focussing on highly volatile cryptocurrency markets.

This is an observational study that attempts to describe the phenomenon and aims to see the extent of its application in the said field. This study collects data from a survey and then interprets the data to observe if any statistical significance is observed. This is a single-blind study where the subjects did not know the observed psychological effect.
