- First product design hire upon completion of my internship with the company
- Designed a member web app, including a payments page redesign with Stripe integration, resulting in 98% of the copay payment collection rate increasing 3 months after the launch
- Executed initiatives for provider and operator practice management experiences; features including an appointment modal, dashboard, payment system, and profile settings that streamlined operational efficiency for RCM (revenue cycle management) and clinical operations teams
- Orchestrated collaborative design reviews and brainstorming sessions with cross functional teams, including product managers and engineers
- Revamped the new marketing website, which included designing wireframes and UI designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Developed design system UI components, specifications, and documentation in Figma libraries for web and mobile

Product Designer

- Created engaging and brand-focused websites aiming to enhance the user experience by crafting interfaces intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing

UX/UI Designer

- Exhibited Valuing Food thesis project in Food Inno Symposium at UC Berkeley
- Collaborated with other artists and exhibited an artwork at Rundgang, Berlin University of the Arts, Germany
- Organized and hosted the field trip and designed programs for students, related to art and science activities using circuits at the Exploratorium

Freelance Designer/Volunteer

Sponsored by Institute for the Future, conducted research projects implementing speculative design thinking: Meal Mate (Interactive projector for encouraging meal habits) and Treeted (AR experience for saving trees)

- Assisted art director and senior designers for ongoing projects about designing commercial Hurom juicers for Hurom Cafe in Seoul
- Conducted market research to understand competitors and color trends in 2013
