Utilized advanced techniques such as RFLP, DNA fingerprinting, SNP sequencing, and STR analysis. Integrated Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Machine Learning to improve forensic toxicology, focusing on uranium bioaccumulation in Sprague Dawley rats. Conducted DEG analysis, pathway mapping, and protein interaction network studies to identify uranium toxicity biomarkers. This interdisciplinary approach provided novel insights into genetic variants, aiding in the accurate identification of offenders and contributing to the advancement of forensic science and justice.

Co-expression analysis in reproductive health has the potential to provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying various reproductive processes and disorders.
The project employs cutting-edge bioinformatics and computational techniques to analyze large-scale genomic data, including transcriptomics data from diverse reproductive health conditions and physiological contexts. The analysis involves identifying genes that exhibit coordinated expression patterns, often indicating shared regulatory pathways and functional relationships. Statistical methods and network analyses will be employed to uncover gene modules with potential roles in key reproductive processes.

This study involves investigating the potential of these compound to inhibit the growth or kill microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi or viruses. Piperidine is the heterocyclic compound. That contains a six membered ring with one nitrogen atom. Derivatives of Piperidine can be synthesised by modifying its structure, and these derivatives may exhibit different antimicrobial properties.
