Held Product manager's position throughout all Webinse website development process. Responsibilities: - management of the entire development lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities - formulation of the website idea and concept - creation of the sitemap (categories, subcategories, relinking) - creation of the wireframes - formulation of Webinse's philosophy, services etc. - full content writing and schemes creation - close collaboration with the team of designers, developers and testers - identification of problems that arised and formulation of the ways of their solving during development process - setting of goals and tasks for designers and development team - website testing and preparation for launch
