Recruitment Team following up on all demands at client, internal and external based in Switzerland, Portugal and The Czech Republic. Tasks of all team members include : • Liaise with senior managers, managing consultants, lead consultants & technical experts • Management of requisitions • Write and advertise open positions and generic vacancies for b-i pipeline • Respond to RFP's & assist engagement managers in presentation of profiles to clients • Maintain CRM tools and Taleo database (updating, implementing etc..) Intelligence, Change Management, ITIL, Project Management • Organize and conduct interviews • Assist in salary negotiation • Network within a competitive market to attain and attract new candidates • Profiles include permanent, contractor and freelance • Review and report on client needs • Statistical analysis to achieve better results and to improve recruitment process • At all times, enhance the recruitment process for all candidates in process
