Created a decentralized platform where real estate properties are tokenized using the ERC-1155 standard, allowing them to be bought and sold in fractions. Developed an admin portal to manage property listings and update property details as needed. Built the user interface with Next.js and TypeScript to ensure a smooth and interactive experience. Integrated blockchain technology using Ether.js and WAGMI, making it seamless for users to interact with smart contracts. Wrote smart contracts in Solidity to handle the logic behind property tokenization and transactions.
