Created an Individual Marble Run in a 12"x12" area using 0.125 in thickness Cardboard. To do the following I followed these steps: 1.) Create individual 3D and 2D parts in solidworks. This included creating tracks, walls for tracks, supporting structures as well as Joints for supporting structures. 2.) Assembly of all structures in solidworks. 3.) Conversion of 3D parts into 2D parts, placed in a 12x12 in customized Adobe Illustrator Sheet. 4.) Laser Cutting parts using a HELIX 75 W Laser Cutting printer. 5.) Assembly of actual prototype and final marble run. 6.) Testing Assembly with a 0.175 in diameter steel marble.
